Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made online; you can use this form.
• A non-refundable 5% admin fee must be charged for all cancellations (the credit card processor takes 3.5% of your deposit)
• Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the tour starting date will be refunded all payments made, minus the 5% admin fee.  
• If you cancel in writing 61-90 days prior to the tour starting date, we will refund 90% of your received payment.
• No refund will be given for cancellations received 60 days or less before the tour starting date.
• We highly recommend that all riders purchase their own trip insurance (not included with tour price) to protect against unexpected emergencies.
• At Travelinsurance.com you can get quotes for coverage from several different providers and get all your questions answered about different levels of coverage, such as "Cancel For Any Reason (COFR)" polices and Pre-Existing Condition waivers. Allianz Travel Insurance and TravelGuard by AIG are also reliable companies with reasonable rates. Please check it out and protect your travel investment.

Tour Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required upon registration.
• We will send the final payment invoice via email to you more than 60 days prior to the Tour starting date. You will be able to pay with a credit card or electronic bank draft. Any discounts will be applied to the amount due in your final payment.
• Final payment is due 60 days prior to the Tour starting date.
