Tour Cancellation

If you need to cancel your tour reservation, fill out the form below. We will follow our standard cancellation policy and make refunds where appropriate. 

Senior Cycling Cancellation Policy

• More than 90 days prior to tour departure: Full refund minus 5% administrative fee (the credit card processor takes 3.5% of your deposit on its way to us)
• 90-61 days prior to tour departure: 90% refund
• 60 or fewer days prior to tour departure: No refund

Please purchase trip insurance!

• Seniors are more likely than the average person to have something come up, either a personal health issue or something with a family member or friend, that unexpectedly interferes with our travel plans. Insurance protects us from the financial costs of those unexpected, unwelcome occurences.
