Lac St Jean, Quebec 2021

Lac St Jean - Quebec

August 29-September 3, 2021 • 2260$ CAD

Lovely loop around the lake!

Biking around Lac-Saint-Jean is an opportunity to discover a region of undeniable charm and rare beauty. Covering an area of 1,000 sq. km, this vast body of water leaves quite an impression. From Alma, you will follow a section of the Véloroute des Bleuets, crown jewel of the Route verte. In addition to admiring the lake from every angle, you will be able to appreciate its extraordinary natural setting, especially in Pointe-Taillon Park. You will also have time to enjoy the many local attractions and delicacies, such as the Saint-Félicien Zoo, the famous Perron cheese in Saint-Prime - and of course blueberries of every variation!

NOTE: Senior Cycling is partnering with Velo Quebec Voyages, who will be operating the tour in Quebec on behalf of Senior Cycling.  The two companies are working closely together to ensure a true Senior Cycling experience for all participants.  This includes traveling with small groups, a relaxed pace, daily happy hour and excellent trail support.  Velo Quebec Voyages is a non-profit company based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

With the US/Canada border closed at this time, we are hopeful that it will reopen in time for us to run our tour.  We will make a final decision by June 15, 2021 on whether or not to run this trip.  Please register now for the trip (no money or commitment is required at this point, until after June 22) and reserve your spot for this fine tour.  Seats will be reserved in order of registration date.  Thank you!
