Many of our trips will be on the Canal. The C&O Canal follows the Potomac River for 180 miles. It is flat level riding, (Downhill, both ways, as we tell our friends!!) and a wonderful place to learn to ride with no traffic. There are many places to enter and exit if you choose to stop for the day. The C&O Canal is steeped in the history of our area.
